Welcome to Skillgenn ("we," "us," "our," or "Platform"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Skillgenn platform, website, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services"). Skillgenn is an online educational technology platform that connects students with industry professionals for skill development and learning.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of any modifications to these Terms.
"Content" means all text, graphics, images, music, software, audio, video, information, course materials, and other materials available through the Services.
"Course" means any educational program, class, workshop, tutorial, or learning material offered through the Platform.
"Instructor" means an industry professional who creates and delivers educational content through the Platform.
"Student" or "Learner" means a User who enrolls in and consumes educational content on the Platform.
"User" means any person who accesses or uses the Services, including Students and Instructors.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Services. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
When registering for our Services, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the enrollment process.
Upon successful enrollment and payment for a Course, you will be granted access to the Course content for the duration specified in the Course description. Access may be time-limited or perpetual, as indicated at the time of purchase.
All Course content is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. Skillgenn and our Instructors reserve all rights in the Course content, and you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Course materials without express written permission.

While we strive to provide high-quality educational content, we do not guarantee any specific learning outcomes, job placements, certifications, or career advancement as a result of completing any Course.
All payments for Courses and Services are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. By making a purchase, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service and privacy policy. Skillgenn does not store your complete payment card details.
Admission Fee: A one-time, non-refundable admission fee of ₹500 (Indian Rupees Five Hundred Only) is required at the time of registration. This fee grants you access to the Skillgenn platform and is mandatory for all new Students.
Course Fees: Monthly course fees are charged as specified in the pricing section of each Course. Course fees vary by Course and are billed on a monthly recurring basis. The specific monthly fee for each Course will be clearly displayed in the Course details before enrollment.
All fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices are subject to change at any time with notice, but changes will not affect ongoing subscriptions or purchases already made. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of enrollment.
By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge:
You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide.
By enrolling in a Course with monthly fees, you authorize Skillgenn to charge your payment method automatically on a monthly basis until you cancel your enrollment. Monthly charges will occur on the same date each month as your initial enrollment date.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and governmental charges related to your purchase. If we are required to collect or pay taxes, those amounts will be charged to you in addition to the stated fees.
If a payment fails or is declined, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your access to paid Services until payment is successfully processed. Multiple payment failures may result in Account suspension or termination.
All fees paid to Skillgenn, including the one-time admission fee of ₹500 and all monthly Course fees, are final and non-refundable. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

In the event of technical issues that prevent access to the Services, Skillgenn will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. However, technical difficulties do not entitle you to a refund. Our obligation is limited to restoring access to the Services.
In exceptional circumstances and at our sole discretion, Skillgenn may offer account credits or alternative remedies, but this does not constitute a refund policy or create any obligation on our part.
The Services, including all Content, features, and functionality, are owned by Skillgenn, our licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform, but you grant Skillgenn a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with operating and promoting the Services.

You may have the opportunity to post reviews and comments about Courses. All reviews must be honest, factual, and based on your genuine experience. You may not post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor User conduct and content. We may remove any content or suspend any User at our sole discretion for violations of these Terms.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge that you provide your information at your own risk.
By enrolling in our Services, you consent to receive communications from us, including emails about your enrollment, Course updates, promotional offers, and Service announcements. You may opt out of promotional communications by contacting us at contact@skillgenn.com.
The Services may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services, including Razorpay for payment processing. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and conditions.
We strive to provide reliable Services, but we do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skillgenn disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skillgenn, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Skillgenn in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Skillgenn does not verify the qualifications or credentials of Instructors and is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or effectiveness of Course content. We act as a platform connecting Students with Instructors and are not liable for any issues arising from Course content or instruction.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Skillgenn, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in India, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to first contact us at contact@skillgenn.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in India.
You agree to bring any disputes with Skillgenn in your individual capacity only and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
You may terminate your enrollment at any time by contacting us at contact@skillgenn.com. Upon termination, your access to paid Courses may be revoked, and no refunds will be provided for any fees already paid, including the admission fee and any monthly Course fees.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Skillgenn concerning your use of the Services.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Skillgenn.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights and obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
These Terms are written in English. Any translations are provided for convenience only, and in the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail.
Instructors who create and publish Courses on Skillgenn are subject to additional terms outlined in the Instructor Agreement. By becoming an Instructor, you agree to comply with both these Terms and the Instructor Agreement.
Revenue sharing arrangements between Skillgenn and Instructors are outlined in the Instructor Agreement and may vary based on factors such as Course type, promotional arrangements, and subscription models.
Instructors are responsible for ensuring their Course content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe upon the rights of third parties. Skillgenn reserves the right to review and remove Course content that violates our standards.
Certain Courses may offer certificates of completion. These certificates are issued by Skillgenn and/or the Instructor and are intended to recognize your participation and completion of the Course.
Certificates issued by Skillgenn are for educational purposes only and do not constitute professional certifications, licenses, or accreditations unless explicitly stated. We do not guarantee that any third party will recognize or accept our certificates.
We reserve the right to revoke certificates if we determine that you obtained them fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.
